Shipping Policy
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms of Service.
Shipping Methods (UK only)
Items will be sent within 3 working days of order. We use Royal Mail service (however other service providers can be used on request). Some products are made to order and take a little longer, you’ll receive an email about this or find more info on the related products, ie. cushions.
Tracked shipping
Orders upto and including 2kg - postage £5.99
Orders between 2kg up to 10kg - postage £7.99
Orders between 10kg to 20kg - postage £11.99
'Signed For' shipping
Orders upto and including 2kg - postage £6.99
Orders between 2kg up to 10kg - postage £8.99
Orders between 10kg to 20kg - postage £12.99
International Orders - Please contact me directly for prices.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exemptions: Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., commissioned artwork) are excluded from our refund policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at mckenziesimecrafts@yahoo.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*The buyer is liable for the cost of returning the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as we may be able to offer you an exchange.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
